These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) as hereinafter appearing are published in accordance with the provisions laid down under Rule 3(1)(a) of Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the same constitutes “Electronic Record” within the meaning of Section 2(t) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules framed thereunder. These Terms are also governed by all applicable laws including but not limited to Indian Contract Act, 1872. These Terms being an electronic record does not require any signature.

The Website www.medicop24.com and Mobile Application-Medicop24 is operated by SBD Digi Healthcare Technologies Private Limited having its registered office at C-27, No.4, Patratu, Ramgarh-829119, Jharkhand
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to bound by this Agreement as posted and accessible through our application or website at the time of your access or use and to use the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Medical consultant is provided instantly through video, audio & chat
For better connectivity make sure you are in good network area and you can use headset for better audio quality.
The Platform is a marketplace where Patients and Practitioners can find each other, and Practitioners can provide medical services online. We provide the Platform to users assist Patients and Practitioners to form relationships for the supply of medical services as well as processing payments between Patients and Practitioners.
You understand and agree that we only make available the Platform and the Medicop24 Services. We are not party to any agreement entered into between a Patient and Practitioner and we have no control over the conduct of Practitioners, Patients, or any other users of the Platform.
The services offered via the Platform are not suitable for serious medical conditions, medical emergencies or matters requiring immediate or urgent treatment (Emergencies). If you require treatment for a serious medical condition or require immediate or urgent medical assistance, you should contact the nearest hospital emergency center.
DO NOT USE the Platform if:
You have or think you may have an emergency or critical condition or symptom, including, but in no way limited to:
- severe chest pain
- heart attack
- stroke
- loss of consciousness
- severe bleeding
- breathing difficulty
If you wish to schedule an appointment with a doctor or conduct a transaction on the Website, you will have to register on the Website and become a registered user.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and regularly update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.
Payment options are displayed on the Platform. You agree to pay all fees or charges in accordance with these Terms and the fees.
You understand and agree that any interactions and associated issues with the doctors on the Website or application including but not limited to the medical outcomes and service issues, is strictly between you and the doctors. You shall not hold Medicop24 responsible for any such interactions and associated issues.
Persons below the age of 18 (eighteen) years shall use the Medicop24 only under strict guidance and supervision of their parents/guardians.
Terms and conditions for Package Subscriptions
The Subscription Package offered on the Digital Platform are only for the registered Users
Available options- Individual, Family, Family Pro
Number of Consultations for Subscription Package(s)- Subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP), Medicop24 reserves the right to refuse to connect the User with Health Care Professionals, suspend, block or deactivate the User account if in its opinion the User has violated, abused, misused the FUP or any of the Terms herein
We reserve the right to decline, suspend or terminate your registration at Medicop24, due to your breach of these Terms, we will have no liability.
We use third party for payment services, and video calling services that may be embedded. We are not responsible for and do not endorse the content of Third-Party Websites and do not provide any warranty in this regard
Payments
Payments towards Services available on the Platform can be made as per the below payment options.
Available Online Payment Mechanisms on the Platform (Like debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, e-wallets etc.) through payment gateways and payments are processed as per the terms and conditions of respective payment gateway service provider(s). User(s) are advised to read and understand those terms and proceed with making payment only if such terms and conditions are acceptable to them.
We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in force at the time.
Any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority, in which case the changes may apply to orders previously placed by you; or We notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions.
